We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Coco Rose. Should you have reason to return an item we'll exchange it or give you a refund provided that it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original labels attached - You will need to pay the return postage. If the product returned is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order - allow 4 days for postage, so please make sure your return item is posted back to us within 10 days of receipt using recorded delivery for security. We do not accept liability for any packages that have gone astray.
Items must be returned to us with the original delivery note, telling us your reason for returning the goods, with the returns number also included. You will need to pay the return postage.

Refunds can only be made to the original card used to purchase the item.
Items that cannot be returned
- Pierced Jewellery can't be accepted as we are unable to resell the product due to hygiene reasons.
- Hosiery can't be accepted if the pack has been opened, as we are unable to resell the product due to hygiene reasons.
- Delivery charges won't be refunded if goods are returned.
- Gift Vouchers including purchases made using gift vouchers.
Where an item has been purchased in our retail store we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note to the same value provided they are returned in a fully saleable condition with original labels attached within 14 days. We do not exchange reduced, sale or altered items.
